Catrice Re-Touch light-reflecting concealer review
Foundation and concealer are the products that I invest the most in because a lot of drugstore brands tend to let me down when it comes to base products. Mainly because I have very pale skin with pink undertones, a shade which they rarely offer. Out of curiosity I picked up these concealer pens from Catrice for € 3,99. I meant to use them for my dark circles which can use a hint of yellow.

Drool with me ladies!
A few days ago I was watching my little make-up drawer-case (which is flooding) undecided on what colors to use, and I nearly had a moment of enlightenment. My collection is still very small compared to most bloggers, but somehow I have at least 10 blue eyeshadows, but I only have 3 blush shades. I only have 1 lip pencil, yet I have 5 black kohl pencils.
Although I love my bright eyeshadows a lot, I don't wear them as much as I'd like to and I am starting to feel limited by my love for bright and unusual colors. Does that make sense? I decided to start investing in some wearable basics that match with the red top that I wear at work. I made a little wishlist with products from Illamasqua that I plan to order soon:
Lipstick in Scandal: warm coral pink
Powder blusher in Tremble: soft lilac pink
Cream blusher in Libido: vibrant reddish orange
Medium pencil in Thrash: warm burnt orange
Rich liquid foundation in 105: very pale color that I plan to mix with other foundations to lighten them
Do you like Illamasqua? What are your favorites?

Pink and green spring look
Spring has finally arrived! I felt like using my green (it appears to be teal when toned down) eye pencil, and chose Urban decay's Woodstock for a fun contrast. The colors remind me a bit of a pink rose, or maybe pink waterlilies?

Radiant blue liner
A quick look I did yesterday using my new blue eyeliner from Yves Rocher. I've seen so much creative usage of colored eyepencils on eyegraffiti that I picked up a few shades on my last shopping trip!

Essie & Essence: Make it golden in da bush
I did this manicure a while ago using In da bush from Essie's 2011 resort collection, and Essence's 67 Make it Golden.

More fuchsia with Bourjois!
I almost forgot I had this one swatched already! This is Fuchsia class (#57) from Bourjois, it was my first bright pink lipstick and I still wear it a lot.

Yodel my purple what?
A simple manicure I did a while ago. I reversed the colors on my other hand, because I couldn't decide between these two colors :) I think they make a good match since this pink has a slight blue duochrome effect.
The blue polish is Yodel me on my cell from OPI's Swiss collection. It was one of the birthday presents my boyfriend got me last year. The pink is also from OPI and it's called Pompeii purple.
The pink one is very thin and runny and could have used a third layer, while Yodel me on my cell is good with 2 layers.
What is your favorite nailpolish brand?

Pokemon inspired look: Milotic
So because I had no better inspiration I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a pokemon inspired look. I just picked this one because of the nice color contrast :) When he came home I made him guess and gave away the clue that it's a water pokemon. It took him an hour and several other clues but he finally guessed :D
